It Started With One House
In 2009, founder Rashid Algaradi bought his first investment property in Whitehaven. He quickly realized that many homeowners needed a faster, simpler way to sell—people facing foreclosure, dealing with inherited properties, or just needing to move on quickly.
What started as a side project became a mission. Over the past 15 years, we've helped more than 500 Memphis families sell their homes on their terms, without the stress and uncertainty of the traditional market.
